Office 365: Midsize Business
The Midsize Business (Plan E1) includes all of the tools and servers you need to share and collaborate online: a city in the clouds.

The Midsize Business Plan is sold per User: you can add more Users if you wish. Users are managed with Microsoft's Active Directory, which can synchronize with the Servers at your site.

The Midsize Business Plan (Plan E3) includes all of the above AND a subscription to Microsoft Office 2010 Plus: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, Access, InfoPath, SharePoint Workspace and Lync.

The subscription includes Microsoft Office 2010 or Office 2013 software for up to 5 devices: desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone.
